TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

Updated October 2026. The same text is in the app, under Premium > Terms & Privacy.

Terms of Use

By using Rugby Play Designer you agree to these terms. The app is free to use. The free version keeps up to 10 plays, saved or downloaded. Premium, a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription, removes that limit. Purchases are made and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and also follow their terms.

Subscriptions

The monthly plan is charged to your App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the month already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Your Plays

Plays you save are kept on your device. There is no account to create. Removing the app removes its saved plays, so keep your own copies of plays that matter to you.

The Online Play Library

Download fetches plays from our server at gbeegames.com. When you upload a play, the play, its name, its playbook and your team PIN are sent to that server. A play uploaded without a team PIN is public: anyone using the app can find and download it. A play uploaded with a team PIN is only listed for coaches who enter that PIN, so keep your PIN within your team. Don't put personal information in play names. We may remove plays that are offensive, broken or copies of others, and we will remove a play of yours on request.

Information We Collect

We don't collect your name, email address, contacts or location. The app shows no ads and has no advertising or analytics tracking. Our server keeps ordinary web logs (such as the IP address and time of each request) and counts how often each play is downloaded, only to run the library and show the most popular plays. Payment details go to Apple or Google, never to us.

Acceptable Use

Only upload plays you have the right to share, and nothing offensive.

Children

The app is made for coaches and is not directed at children under 13.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as is. We are not liable for lost plays or other damage from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms and this policy as the app changes. The current version is always here in the app.
